October Programme of the Month

Recruitment Interviewing
One day programme

Selecting the ‘right person’ for the ‘right job’ is the key to successful recruitment. When looking to fill a vacancy, recruiters must carefully consider the skills and competencies required for each role. From examining job descriptions and person specifications through to the selection interview itself – delegates will be encouraged to consider legal and best practice throughout. This course demonstrates a structured competency based approach to ensure delegates recruit the right person - first time. This will be done by asking brilliant questions which help the candidate demonstrate if they can or can not do the job. Highly participative, delegates will have the opportunity to put the learning into practice with a range of challenging exercises. .

Who should attend?
